After a "long blreak", it was time to get back to business... I had missed out on the past few posts, as the computer i was using was badly damaged... so, now, i am using an alternative.
Today, was another NAPFA test, the one that is regarding fhysical fitness. Well, it started out quite good for me, but it turns out that I was third in the pull-ups. With three, it was extremely pathetic. It only became pathetic losts for a few friends who just turned 15 a few weeks ago.
The rest of the stations were quite reasonable, with me gaining between three to five points. But, as it turns out, I missed the Silver Award which I had been eyeing for the past three years or so. The Standing board jump, my weakness, for this time, i managed to pass, but pathetically, by Just 1 Pathetic centi-meter... That won me an E grade. I was hoping for a C...
As for now, tomorrow is the last of the test, of which is the most demanding of all. The 2.4KM run. The final frontier awaits, as I take a short 10 hour break from now...
