Phase 1 through 3 of Blog Updates
As you have noticed, I have changed the template, added as well as deleted some links, and changed the theme after the previous blog update. The rest, would be a new Tag box, a possible clock, calendar and a change in the text colour...

A close, but poor victory...
The past few weeks were good, but their results weren't just as expected...
E maths:78
A maths:50
Science(Chem/Bio):72
Pure Physics:64.5
Combined Humanities:54
So surely I don't have to give a step by step breakdown,ya? English results have yet to be finalised, so do CHinese.
However, to me, bad things come with good things. Today, was the inter-class soccer tournament for the upper secondary classes.
The class' team was formed by Cazua, Damien,Steven,Gabriel,Ko Hein and Kamal. Damien was the reserve,Gabriel was the Goal Keeper, Kamal was the striker, and so was Cazua. Steven was mainly the defender.
As Ko Hein's legs were recovering, Damien was supposed to take his place in the second half of every match. We played only three matches in all. After the other 3 Express class failed in the first round(3e3), all other Express classes pinned their hopes on the 3e1 team. So, you could expect how many supporters we had today.
First match, they played very calmly, with the first goal scored at the three minte mark, by cazua. If I remember correctly, we were against 3n1.
The second match. We were only warming up. things were starting to heat up, with Cazua smashing the ball into Melimau primary school, destroying a window panel... anyway, it was going to be torn down in a few weeks, so who cared anyway... Kamal and Cazua both scored goals in this match, winning andother 3n class 3-0.
The third, and final math... the deciding match. Things were really tense. The ball kept crashing onto the shelther. We were against 3t1, which consisted of most of the school team players. This time, we were really scared, with Gabriel catching 10 balls, which almost meant the end of our league. But, luckily, he managed to save them all. After both halves, both teams agreed to go into over-time, where the team with more goals will win. We were all desperate to win. They were so desperate that Steven, Kamal and Zhong Rong(cazua), all injured themselves. But, the thing was that, they never gave up. They fought to the end, and we won...for the first time in three years. The first time that an express class had won a match. What's more, was that we won a gold.
it was all thanks to the team, and also Zhong Rong, Kamal and Gabriel who managed to save the team, and also the class many times. Gabriel sure did his best today,Saving at least 15 times on the field.
Me? all i did was to give support by helping them, cheering for them, and maybe, too, providing little first aid support to them... It was the least I could do , as they really put in all their effort.

Final Examination for May, term2, Second Semester,2006
Today, 10.02am, was the time the A maths paper ended, I wont dare to say it is easy, but, not too bad. The paper was held in the hall, so the examination was held in an air-conditioned area. It meant that I would be seated close to the rear of the hall, but nowhere near an air-conditioning unit. However, it was quite cold, still, so I wouldn't expect to see many colours,or even a rainbow at the other tables, espicially those close to the side, where most of the units are stationed...
This Friday, is the last day of term 2, meaning that there is a long holiday waiting us. However, the results I am going to get will not be very enlightening either... that will be the next few days...

Docking for the time being...
After 14 papers, I can finally "dock" at home for a short while.
The past 3 weeks were very hectic, with most of the time at the study table. Well, today, I could get a short break. Monday would be the final paper of the second major examination for this year.
So, let's make a detour back to three weeks ago, when I had the first paper, the Chinese Language paper. Being the last in class, I was no doubt at the last table, so it was really a piece of cake to get to my seat. However, as I was at that small, corner, with 2 walls on my right, it was hot and humid to be at that corner, so I could imagine myself perspiring every time I took a paper. That was my weakest, so I was expecting a really low mark for that... anyway, just refer to the previous post to see what really happened... and the results will be up by the end of next week at least.
Now, on to the English language. It was quite easy, I would say, though the result is not known yet. The first paper, Essay, was my forte, so I would not have much difficulty in that, and as for the second paper, I would think the standard was a little low, as the standard, was expected to be so many times higher.
Mathematics( elementary). The papers were easy, but, much to my over-confidence, I made many careless mistakes, with one chapter which was my weakest in all of the chapters I studied. Overall, this paper would be easy in my opinion.
Combined Humanities(Social Studies). The Social Studies paper. I might as well just sleep throughout the paper. I totally forgot about the source-based questions, and concentrated 100% on the Structured essay questions. That, was my downfall( hopefully, miracles do happen)...
Combined Humanities(Geography). Surprisingly, for the first time, I could actually finish this paper with 5 minutes to spare! It was hard to belief. Well, this paper, too, was easy.
Now, first change in seating arrangement. Combined sciences. I moved to the second row from the left door, from the rear, the second column. For only two papers, as there were only eight of us taking this combination, other than the first science, as the Pure Chemistry candidates were sitting for their two papers, too. The combination which the eight of us took is Science(Chemistry/Biology). 30 took Science(Physics/Chemistry), and the remaining 4, Pure Chemistry, Pure Physics( 8 of us also taking pure physics too).
Science(Chemistry/Biology), my favourite. Chemistry paper 3, it was easy. This standars was quite near what we did in class. Biology paper 4, Quite the unexpected. It was quite tough, and 5 of us(Andy,Ko Hein, Sean,Randall, and I) agreed it was of pure standard. We were even not told about how we should draw the graph, as we were not taught of it in the first place. Science(Chemistry/Biology), paper 1. This paper was divided into two sections(chem,20qs,bio,20qs).The Chemistry part was challenging, with many thinking and application questions. The biology part was simply straight forward, as it was exactly what we had learnt the past 4months. For Paper4, I was more, like concentrating on someone else, other than the answer sheet...
Today:
Pure physics, Second change of tables. I moved four tables in front, to the first column, second row, from the front door. This time, I did not have the fan to cool me down other than the previous two papers. The second last paper, I moved to that seat immediately after the Chem/Bio paper 1(mcq) . The Pure Physics paper was held during the time the other 30 were doing their POA paper...I totally did not understand what they were given... 5 pieces of_____paper?The physics paper, was easier, possibly because i had revised most of the chapters, though there were some I did not know how to do solve... maybe next time, I should sort of borrow some notes from those doing the sub-science(Physics/Chemistry) paper. ..
Next Monday:
Last, final paper, also my nightmare. This one will be held in the hall, and, I am so far away from the front... 7th palce from the rear of the hall. this is also going to be the most difficult of all. So, anyway, I am glad, for I can have an examination in an air-conditioned room...
The next post will be sometime next monday( you know what it is!!!)

Some changes, and updates...
Nothing much, just that I added some people's blogs and links to mine, and that I just did some rearrranging of these. just note that, links that do not go to the right place, or produce an error, will be removed at least one month after confirming it( I trust that some things will happen sometimes)...
One more thing, if you're say'in som'thing's missing from this blog (a tagboard), expect it to be up and running in mid-June.And,one more thing(seems like this is the third time i'm editing this post),I will be changing the blog skin once more, in June.It wil be carried out once every six months, though.Well, for now, that would be the way things are going to be...
And Maybe, I will be posting something more in a couple of weeks to come.

Times are getting bad
I have not been entering posts very recently, as you cab see. This is caused by the many spate of events which occured out of the blue not too long ago, since last Thursay. I was sick, and was struggling to get back into the examination hall. Just today, something else happened. That, I won't be saying it. Ya, not saying it. I have only 1 Alpha/numeric code (not sure if this is used by anyone else), to describe it [18,5,10,5,3,20,5,4]. It's just replacing the numerics to their respective alphabets. This is for I do not wish to say it directly.
There will be another academic "war" tomorrow, of which I must not lose. The same goes for every other examination. Results posting? That can wait, for one subject has already gone kaput.
To all having examinations in the coming days : GOOD LUCK!
